Room Types

Deposits
A deposit of the first night’s stay for each room reserved is required when making reservations. Deposits may be made by credit card that must be on file to guarantee reservations. 72-hour hold for damages or excessive cleaning of $200.00. The security deposit states as a 72-hour hold but it can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to release.
Cancellations
Cancellations from the date the reservation is made until 14 days prior to arrival date are charged a $20.00 processing fee per room. Cancellations from 14 days to 7 days prior to arrival are charged a $30.00 fee per room and cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit and rooms reserved. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
Hours
Bar hours:
Monday – Thursday 12 pm – 8 pm,
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 10 am – 9 pm.
Pool hours:9am – 9 pm
DJ on Friday and Saturday from 12 pm – 7 pm
21 and older only on Friday and Saturday night stays.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-In time is 3:00 pm on the day of the arrival and check-out is 11:00 am on the day of departure. Rooms must be paid in full at the time of check-in by either credit card or cash.
Damage to Room/Golf Cart
Damage and/or theft to any room will be charged to the registered guest’s credit card unless other arrangements are made. Damage and/or theft will be billed at the applicable rate. Evidence of smoking in any room will result in a $250.00 cleaning charge. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Non guests pay a $200 security deposit for any damages while renting our golf carts.
Miscellaneous
Pools are open weather permitting.
Rollaway beds are $30.00 per night but are not guaranteed.
Each additional guest is $40.00 charge per room.
Group rates are available in excess of 10 rooms for weekday stays.
No pets are permitted other than service dogs.
Parking is $15 cash or $20 credit card.
No outside alcohol or drinks can be brought into the pool area including but not limited to; glass bottles, cans, water bottles,
yeti’s, tumblers, coolers, etc. All outside drinks must stay in your room.
Children must be supervised at all times and cannot be in the hot tub or swim-up bar.
