We guarantee room type; however, we can’t guarantee room location.

Deposits

A deposit of the first night’s stay for each room reserved is required when making reservations. Deposits may be made by credit card that must be on file to guarantee reservations.

Security Deposit

A $200 per room security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card at check-in. This deposit is intended to cover damages, theft, excessive cleaning, or evidence of smoking/vaping in the room(s). If no issues are found after check-out, the pre-authorized amount will be released within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Hours

DJ on Friday and Saturday from 11 am – 6 pm


Damage to Room/Golf Cart

Damage and/or theft to any room will be charged to the registered guest’s credit card unless other arrangements are made. Damage and/or theft will be billed at the applicable rate. Evidence of smoking in any room will result in a $250.00 cleaning charge. This fee is separate from the $200 room deposit and will be applied after check-out. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Non guests pay a $200 security deposit for any damages while renting our golf carts.

Miscellaneous

  • Pools are open weather permitting.
  • Rollaway beds are $30.00 per night but are not guaranteed.
  • Each additional guest is a $40.00 charge per room.
  • Group rates are available in excess of 10 rooms for weekday stays.
  • No pets are permitted other than service dogs.
  • Parking is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis. Vehicle parking – $20/night. Overnight golf cart parking – $10/night. You will need to purchase a parking pass at time of check-in.
  • Due to our liquor license, no liquids of any kind can be brought into or leave the gated bar/pool area. All outside drinks must stay inside your hotel room.
  • Children must be supervised at all times and cannot be in the hot tub or swim-up bar.
  • This is a non-smoking property, excluding designated smoking areas that are clearly marked. Smoke detectors located on the property are tamper-proof, any guest found tampering with any of the smoke detectors will be asked to leave immediately, without refund and will be potentially subject to penalties and fines in accordance with federal law.

Cancellation Policy Overview

We understand that plans can change. Here’s everything you need to know about our cancellation policy:

Cancellations from the date the reservation is made until 14 days prior to arrival date are charged a $50.00 processing fee per room. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit and rooms reserved. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
