Unfortunately, no. Although Ohio has introduced the concept of ‘Designated Outdoor Refreshment Areas’ (D.O.R.A.s), Put-in-Bay is not currently designated as one of them.

Is it necessary to make ferryboat reservations in advance?
No, reservations are not required for the Miller Ferry; it’s walk-up only. However, for the Jet Express, they offer both walk-up and presale options. Keep in mind that the Miller Ferry is more budget-friendly but requires a 2 minute taxi ride to downtown that costs around $5 per rider depending on which taxi used. It’s worth noting taxis are ready and waiting when you walk off the Miller Ferry. On the other hand, the Jet Express takes you directly downtown. Both ferries provide a unique experience!
